Kleva Academy provides all learning features free with an account. No platform subscription or payment is required. YouTube monetisation is our intended funding model, and subscribing to the channel is optional.
Kleva does not charge for learning access or renew a platform subscription. The AI tutor includes 20 questions per day. Account deletion and learning access do not manage or cancel an external YouTube membership.
If you have an existing or optional paid YouTube channel membership, manage billing, cancellation and refund requests through YouTube. YouTube memberships are not required to use Kleva. Refer to YouTube's applicable terms and refund process for those payments.
For questions about a previous payment or your Kleva account, contact Support or email support@klevaacademy.co.za. This page does not change any applicable statutory rights or rights relating to a previous purchase.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before they take effect; the "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
